Harvinder Singh is the founder and producer of the Global Future of BPO, Shared Services & GBS Conference. He brings 12 years of international conference experience and a decade as an investigative journalist. His background includes teaching for the British Council, pioneering the CLIL programme in Czech schools and working as a communication specialist at BT. He has held managerial roles at conference organisers across Europe and advises on conference topics and mentors emerging producers.

Nitin Bahl is a Finance Business Partner at Stolt Tank Containers with over 20 years of experience in the BPO sector, focusing on finance and accounts, especially P2P and T&E processes. He has consulted for AstraZeneca, Astellas, Mondelez and DSM, and held roles at FedEx, Genpact and AstraZeneca. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach and Licensed Behavioral Trainer.

Alpar Toth is Director of Global Order to Cash at Pandora Global Business Services, with over 18 years of expertise in finance operations and GBS. He has led more than 20 transformation journeys across five European countries and extends the GPO function beyond traditional areas to strengthen GBS with end-to-end process capabilities.

Piotr Glowacki is a Senior Manager at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA), with over 19 years in technology and finance. Since 2015 he has driven the value proposition for stakeholders in Central and Eastern Europe and the GBS sector, and since 2016 has shaped talent agendas with GBS organisations.

Hash Mahendran is Global Process Owner at London Stock Exchange Group, overseeing the Sales Compensation Division across 60 countries and more than 2,200 employees. He has led OTC and PTP processes at Accenture, BDO LLP and Expedia Group, and sits on the board of trustees of a London school.

Rafal Gajda is Vice President of Financial Services at Lufthansa Group and Global Head of LGBS Finance and Delivery, overseeing services across more than 40 locations. As a board member he offers strategic insight, with expertise spanning innovation within Lufthansa Group’s GBS and Financial Services Division.

Gabriela Rosito Stanakova is Senior Director of GBS Global Source to Pay Operations at Kimberly-Clark, with over 21 years in business services and supply chain management. She joined Kimberly-Clark in 2018 as Director of GBS EMEA and played a key role in launching the Krakow Centre. Previously she led procurement operations at Mondelez International.

Sridhar Srikrishna is a senior executive at SAP in Prague, driving Corporate Transformation. With over 23 years of experience, he has led more than 18 global SAP implementations, focusing on digital transformation, automating cloud business end to end and deploying Agile methodologies globally for SAP’s CEO and COO.

Paul Soare leads Genpact Romania as VP Operations, Healthcare and Life Sciences. He has a record of transformation across Life Sciences, Telecom, Tech and eCommerce and Manufacturing, spanning Finance, Procurement, Sales, Customer Care, Analytics and Tech Services, and now focuses on applied AI solutions for clients.

Izzat Khamidov represents IT Park Uzbekistan, an institution under the Ministry of Digital Technologies. He leads initiatives to establish Uzbekistan as a global outsourcing hub, highlighting its skilled multilingual workforce, tax incentives and government support for IT and BPO companies.

Miguel Macias is Global Head of P&O Operations at Sandoz, combining engineering and finance expertise. His career spans PepsiCo, Hewlett-Packard and Novartis. Certified in PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL and CPP, he fosters employee engagement, mentors emerging talent and is a D&I ambassador. He is based in Munich.

Sudhir Kumar manages global payroll operations at Nokia Business Services, based in Hungary. He has over 25 years of HR expertise across telecom, software, BPO and manufacturing, with prior experience at Willis Towers Watson and Bharti Airtel, and has established HR shared services in multiple geographies for Nokia.

Dimitar Bogoev leads Global R2R Operational Excellence at Cargill GBS Bulgaria, with over 13 years of finance and operations expertise. He drives efficiency by standardising processes and eliminating waste, and has optimised statutory reporting, reduced costs and implemented global governance models.

Gaurav Garg is Director of Global Payroll and Finance Shared Services at Franklin Templeton, managing payroll across 39 countries. A technology-driven leader, he has established global capability centres at leading organisations and leads large, matrixed teams running scalable global operations.

Tim Palmer is Head of Business Transformation and CX at Insulet, makers of Omnipod, where he is building a new GBS organisation. With over 30 years as a GBS leader, outsourcer and advisor across Europe, he recently led the development of a 3,500-person life sciences service organisation at Novartis.

Zigomar Abel is a senior manager at adidas in Porto with over two decades of expertise in global business services, consulting and IT. He leads GBS PMO Incubators, overseeing transformation projects aligned with organisational goals, and is a certified PMP and PMO practitioner.

Farid Basir is Head of Global HR Service Transformation at Novartis, with over a decade in HR service delivery. He has established HR service delivery centres and CoEs and specialises in HR service strategy, design and integration to improve the employee experience at scale.

Hany Nassef is CEO and Founder of ExpertsMed. A senior executive with a track record in healthcare across ECEMEA, Russia, Turkey and CIS, he formerly led Baxter International’s ECEMEA region, reversing declining market share and reaching USD 1 billion in projected revenue.

Doug Shannon is a thought leader in intelligent automation with over two decades in IT, including global automation roles at Cisco, Chevron, E. & J. Gallo Winery and PSI CRO AG. Recognised among the top 50 intelligent automation leaders globally, he is a Gartner Peer Community Ambassador.

Jakub Vetrovec is Change Management Team Lead at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket Europe, specialising in digital transformation. He has led change initiatives across the UK and India and co-founded the Czech and Slovak chapters of the Change Management Institute.
